Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a DC Advanced User - 3PL to support daily warehouse operations, engage with system administration, and train team members on system functionalities. You will help maintain system efficiency and ensure compliance with IT procedures.

Collaboration with the systems team and stakeholders will drive process improvements, troubleshooting, and data reporting to optimize inbound and outbound workflows. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and basic knowledge of local language.
• Strong knowledge of DC systems, updates and technology for inbound/outbound operations.
• Ability to quickly learn and transfer system knowledge clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support for day-to-day operations and train DC associates and team leaders on system functionalities.
• Maintain system efficiency and follow IT procedures, including routine clean-ups.
• Assist Team Leaders in managing pick stations for smooth operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to DC System Specialists.
