Qualifications

• Experience leading a DBA team and managing database environments.

• Strong security, reliability, and disaster recovery practices.

• Architectural Collaboration: work with software architects to design scalable data models aligning with microservice patterns.
• Automation: drive database management automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures.
• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Technical Leadership: be SME for all database technologies and mentor the engineering team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging database technologies and recommend improvements.
