Transnetwork in the Monterrey area is seeking an experienced DBA Manager to lead the database administration team and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL systems.

The role covers on‑premises high availability architectures and cloud deployments with AWS RDS, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and Redis, requiring strong leadership and collaboration with software, infrastructure, and security teams.

Competenze

• Experience leading a DBA team and managing database environments.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with on-premises HA and cloud AWS RDS.
• Experience with NoSQL engines like OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Redis.
• Strong security, reliability, and disaster recovery practices.
• Ability to collaborate across software, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for database automation.

• Lead and guide the DBA team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain highly available database architectures for SQL Server and Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Manage database deployments both on-premises and in cloud environments, especially AWS RDS and NoSQL storages.
