Capgemini in Mexico is seeking a Data Engineer for L2 Production Support to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, support Databricks jobs and data pipelines, and perform RCA with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, and Finance domain knowledge; you will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance and continuous improvements.

Formación

• Experience in data engineering and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PySpark and Databricks.
• Familiarity with incident management and RCA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Support and maintain Databricks jobs, PySpark applications, and data pipelines.
• Analyze data quality issues and coordinate with development teams for fixes.
• Perform job monitoring, failure analysis, and recovery activities.
• Provide operational support and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance.
