You will work with Python, PySpark, and Databricks to build reliable pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with business teams to deliver value.

Formación

• Strong Python, PySpark, and Databricks skills.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data processing and querying.
• Experience in L2 production support and incident management.
• Exposure to RCA, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA ticket handling.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Support and maintain Databricks jobs, PySpark applications, and data pipelines.
• Analyze data quality issues and coordinate with development teams for fixes.
• Perform job monitoring, failure analysis, and recovery activities.
• Provide operational support and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance.
