La familia presenta in Ensenada, Baja California seeks an experienced Database Administrator to manage SQL Server databases, optimize complex queries, and implement robust data models and ETL processes.

The role involves data integration from APIs, text files, and web services, plus designing mappings and supporting OLTP/OLAP systems. On-site position with structured weekly pay and local benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or IT related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+ ).
• Solid T-SQL to develop complex views, stored procedures and functions.
• Experience importing data from text files, linked servers, APIs and web services.
• Experience creating mapping documents between source and target data structures.
• Excellent knowledge of data transformations including calling custom scripts and applying complex logic.
• Solid knowledge of database design to produce sound data models.
• Ability to understand and analyze system interdependencies, data structures, and data models.
• Experience with OLTP/OLAP, data warehousing, and data stores.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or IT related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+ ).
• Solid coding techniques to develop complex views, stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
• Experience importing data from text file formats, linked server connections, APIs and web services.
• Experience creating mapping document/s between source and target data structures.
• Excellent knowledge of data transformations of all types including calling custom scripts, applying complex logic etc.
• Solid knowledge of database design to produce sound logical and physical data models.
• Ability to understand and analyze system interdependencies, data structures, and data models.
• Experience with varied forms of data design, such as online transaction processing, online analytical processing, data warehousing, operational data stores, and decision support systems.
