Job summary

Zventus seeks a SQL Server ETL Developer to design and maintain databases for scalable data integration at our Ensenada, Baja California center. You will build tables, views, procedures and ETL pipelines to support accurate data movement.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent, strong T-SQL, SQL Server, and scripting skills (PowerShell). This on-site role requires a collaborative mindset and ability to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or IT related field, or 3+ years equivalent work experience.
• Solid T-SQL coding to develop complex views, stored procedures and functions.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Agent, and stored procedure development.
• Experience developing ETL processes and troubleshooting ETL issues.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of data transformations and data modeling.
• Experience with data formats, linked servers, APIs and web services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or IT related field, or 3+ years equivalent work experience.

Solid coding techniques to develop complex views, stored procedures and functions utilizing T-SQL required. Minimum 2+ years hands on experience preferred.

Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Agent, and stored procedure development, execution and scheduling.

Experience developing ETL processes and troubleshooting all types of ETL issues.

Experience evaluating SQL query performance and implementing solutions.

Experience creating mapping document/s between source and target data structures.

Ability to write custom scripts using shell scripts such as PowerShell.

Excellent knowledge of data transformations of all types including calling custom scripts, applying complex logic etc.

Experience importing data from text file formats, linked server connections, APIs and web services.

Solid knowledge of database design to produce sound logical and physical data models.

Ability to understand and analyze system interdependencies, data structures, and data models.

Experience with varied forms of data design, such as online transaction processing, online analytical processing, data warehousing, operational data stores, and decision support systems.

Knowledge of one or more database management systems to install, upgrade, configure, design, develop, implement, secure, tune, monitor and maintain required database objects.

Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Analytical and problem management skills and the ability to resolve complex data issues.

Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.

The ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential.

Familiarity with real estate concepts is a plus.
