Job summary

Ellucian is seeking a Datawarehouse Analyst to support the Insights SaaS platform globally from Mexico. You will troubleshoot complex issues, work with a team of senior resources, and help customers and students succeed through reliable data services.

You will collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to ensure accurate data processing, efficient ETL pipelines, and proactive monitoring using Datadog and SaaS best practices.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in data warehousing, BI and ETL environments.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS deployments and agile practices.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, SCDs).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Ellucian Insights SaaS users and partner staff.
• Record issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate resolution with engineering, testing and partner teams.
• Contribute to customer self-help through documentation and training.
• Assist in defining processes to address customer questions via multiple channels.
