Pfizer is seeking a Manager, Data Strategy & Management to lead execution of the enterprise data strategy and governance. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data assets to support analytics and enterprise decision‑making in Performance Reporting.

You will partner with senior DSM leaders, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well‑engineered, compliant data products and collaborate across teams to enable advanced analytics and modeling use

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 5+ years' experience in data engineering, strategy, analytics engineering, or related area.
• Strong SQL, Python, and modern data platforms experience with hands-on data pipelines.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and governance.
