Quad, a data-driven media agency, is seeking a Data Scientist to drive campaign effectiveness through advanced analytics. You will execute predictive and explanatory models, cleanse and prepare data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into strategic recommendations.

Location: Mexico City with 3 days in the office. Strong English and a background in data science or analytics are required.

Formación

• Proven experience in data science with predictive/explanatory/decomposition models.
• Strong statistical analysis and ML techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools for communicating insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English; manager is bilingual and will assist as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Model Execution: load, run, and refine statistical and ML models to improve media effectiveness.
• Data Analysis: analyze media performance data and ROI to inform strategy.
• Insights Generation: translate findings into clear, actionable insights and reports.
• Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to align data insights with media strategy.
• Continuous Improvement: stay updated on trends and improve models/methodologies.
