Scribd, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Data Scientist II to design and deploy ML models at scale, collaborating with ML Engineers and Data Engineers across product areas. You will build end‑to‑end systems that deliver value from language models and traditional NLP approaches.

You will use Python, Spark, SQL, and PyTorch/LLMs to create content classification and retrieval solutions, emphasizing measurable impact and clear communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience developing ML models and deploying to production.
• Proficiency in Python and distributed data processing with Spark/Databricks.
• Experience with NLP, search or information retrieval and deep learning.

Responsabilidades

• Build and deploy ML models for content classification and related use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Product teams.
• Work with Scikit‑learn, PyTorch and LLM APIs to implement solutions.
• Process large datasets using Python, SQL and Spark, producing documentation.
