Logos, a purpose-driven tech company powering church growth worldwide, is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Analytics team. Based in Puebla, Mexico, you will report to the Director of Analytics and collaborate with the Staff Data Scientist to own the data science function.

This role emphasizes ownership, experimental design, and producing production-ready models and features that drive measurable business outcomes such as churn reduction, increased usage, and revenue growth.

Formación

• 4–7 years of professional experience in data science or related field.
• Own projects independently from ask to delivery with measurable impact.
• Strong SQL and fluency in Python or R.
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design.
• Ability to prioritize work and communicate with non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own data science projects end to end from framing to results.
• Deliver production-ready models, scores, and features.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments with clear metrics.
• Build predictive models and pipelines in Python/R, SQL, and dbt on Databricks.
• Help set the data science roadmap with leadership.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to code reviews and standards.
• Maintain reproducible documentation and code.
