MezTal is seeking a Data Specialist to join the Asset Management team for a U.S.-based client. The role focuses on collecting, cleaning, organizing, and validating large data sets to ensure accuracy across systems.

You will use Oracle Smart View and Microsoft Excel to manage data, and collaborate with a U.S.-based team in a hybrid Mexico City setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on data management experience, strong Excel skills, and professional English proficiency.

About the Opportunity

At MezTal, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Specialist to join the Asset Management team of one of our U.S.-based clients in the Real Estate Investment industry, with a focus on senior living and healthcare properties.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on collecting, cleaning, organizing, and validating large amounts of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across company systems.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and is experienced with Oracle Smart View. This position is not focused on complex data analysis or programming, but rather on maintaining accurate and reliable information.
