Wella Company in Mexico City seeks a NA Data Management Specialist to oversee data accuracy and governance across core NA systems. You will ensure data integrity, perform audits, and coordinate with SAP, Master Data, and global teams to maintain reliable data for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities include data uploads, updates, and process documentation, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and adherence to data standards.

Formación

• Experience in data entry, data management and operational support.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Proficiency with analytical skills and discrepancy spotting.
• Excel and data systems proficiency required.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and cross-functional work.
• Independent worker with deliverable focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain data across core NA systems including WellaBooking Planning Tool and global data tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
• Perform regular audits and correct discrepancies.
• Execute data uploads, updates and corrections as needed.
• Follow data governance standards and global guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and updates.
• Ensure data consistency across systems (SAP, CDP, Data Warehouse).
• Collaborate with SAP, Master Data, and NA Sales teams on data issues.
