Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Data Management Operations Analyst to execute master data processes across SAP ECC, SAP WF and S/4HANA.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality data governance, accurate data maintenance, and standardized processes to support business operations globally and within the local market. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to governance standards, and continuous improvement as the company scales its data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computers, industrial engineer or related fields required.
• At least 1 year of experience in Data Management- Material & BP Customer/Supplier
• Experience with SAP Enterprise or MDG/S4 HANA preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Detail-oriented with documentation/communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute master data maintenance in SAP ECC, SAP WF, MDG, and S/4HANA.
• Ensure service delivery targets, SLAs, KPIs, and data quality.
• Apply PepsiCo governance standards to transactions and documentation.
• Review documentation to stay aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations.
• Maintain knowledge of data models across regions.
• Support adoption of new tools and continuous improvement.
