Job summary

PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking a Commercial Planning Master Data Analyst who interacts with R&D, Marketing, Finance and PMO to ensure proposals meet the company's commercial strategy. You will manage product master data and ensure quality as data flows to over 200 systems.

The role will handle 100–150 Business Proposals per year, maintain data integrity, support packaging and pricing needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely approvals and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in Commercialization, Master Data with analytical and/or project-based role.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills for data extracts, analysis and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SAP, Oracle is preferred.
• Task prioritization with time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimal guidance.
• Detail and results-oriented with strong execution skills.
• Adaptive to agile environments with frequent change.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of BP into Sales & Supply Chain systems.
• Provide analytical expertise and decision making on product master data.
• Own packaging graphics requisition and UPC management.
• Prioritize tasks to meet in-store dates and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Review BP needs across teams to support timely approvals.
• Collaborate regionally on innovation launches to identify code/pricing needs.
