Emerson is seeking a Product Data Governance Specialist to ensure data integrity across enterprise systems. You will maintain standardized attributes, manage hierarchies, and enforce governance policies to support analytics and business processes.

Required: 3+ years in information management or related fields, knowledge of data governance, and experience with SQL/Power BI. English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of practical experience or relevant education in information management, business, data analytics, or related field.
• Familiar with data governance, master data management, or product information management.
• Basic understanding of data quality, taxonomy, and data lifecycle.
• Ability to learn enterprise systems (MDM/PIM platforms, ERP, CRM, analytics tools).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Enter product data accurately across required systems following established standards.
• Conduct data quality checks, audits, and basic analyses to identify issues.
• Maintain product hierarchies and category structures for reporting needs.
• Document data definitions, rules, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and ensure consistency.
• Support enforcement of governance policies including taxonomy and naming conventions.
• Monitor data requests and resolve issues via established escalation paths.
• Participate in continuous improvement of data quality and governance tools.
• Provide guidance or training on product data processes.
