Job summary

JLL Technologies seeks a Data Engineer P2 in Jalisco, Mexico, to design and develop scalable cloud-based data infrastructure and pipelines, collaborating with the Enterprise Data team across country, regional, and global levels. You will work with SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and cloud platforms to deliver robust data solutions, ensure data quality, and empower analytics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or full-stack development with cloud experience.
• Strong Python, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks skills.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing of data pipelines, and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data infrastructure using SQL and PySpark.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources to data lakes and warehouses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and validation.
• Troubleshoot data processing and pipeline performance issues.
• Document data architectures, pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Create automated tests and integrate into CI/CD workflows.
