Target is actively seeking a Sourcing Manager with a Business Intelligence focus to lead capacity planning, vendor performance, and supplier relationships across global markets.

You will partner with headquarters and cross-functional teams to drive cost-efficient, responsible sourcing for owned brands, while guiding vendors through development cycles and ensuring ethical, compliant execution.

Formación

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing and/or merchandising experience.
• 5+ years of business analytics.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking and strategic thought process.
• Proficiency with data visualizations tools (Power BI).
• Knowledge of products and sourcing operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain information sharing and forecasting to plan capacity.
• Design and maintain reporting and analysis for sourcing activity and vendor performance.
• Build vendor/factory relationships to support sourcing strategy.
• Coach vendors through design and development for risk management.
• Conduct costing and in-country market intelligence to drive results.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure ethical sourcing and issue resolution.
• Support post-shipment issues and vendor onboarding improvements.
