Rockwell Automation is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead data management and analytics for sourcing activities. You will create insights, design data tools, and support supplier strategy across commodities, leveraging Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, SAP and SQL within a global organization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, quality, and suppliers, with a focus on improving total cost of ownership and spend optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, analytics, or relevant field.
• Analytical experience combining multiple large datasets with MS Power Query and MS Power BI.
• Experience with MS Access and SQL (MS SQL Server/Oracle).
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management.

Responsabilidades

• Create insightful data for partners.
• Lead data collection and analyses for commodities/services.
• Design and synthesize industry research to develop sourcing strategy.
• Support financial and performance reporting for SSO.
• Develop expertise in the strategic sourcing process and tools.
• Participate in supplier selection and supplier management processes.
• Coordinate RFQs and prepare tools for supplier negotiations.
• Analyze spend/savings by commodity/department/location.
• Report on supplier performance metrics and conduct benchmarking studies.
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new tools for SSO.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, implement and maintain tools.
