Reboot Monkey in Celaya, Mexico seeks a Data Center Technician to provide on-site support at local data center facilities. The role involves Remote Hands and Smart Hands tasks, rack installation and decommissioning, and ongoing hardware diagnostics.

You will join a global team supporting data centers across 166 countries, requiring strong English communication and reliability for on-call duties. Proximity to local centers is essential.

Formación

• Experience with DC infrastructure and on-site hardware support.
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking and cabling standards.
• Ability to travel locally and lift 25kg+ as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps).
• Install and decommission server racks.
• Manage cross-connects and patch panels.
• Troubleshoot hardware and perform diagnostics.
• Conduct visual inspections and inventory audits.
• Escort and coordinate client visits and access.
• Handle on-call support for urgent requests.
