Reboot Monkey in Mexico City, MX is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities. You will perform hardware installations, cabling, server racking, and routine troubleshooting, with 2+ years in data center or IT infra.

Fluent English and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required; certifications (CDCP/CDCS, CCNA/Network+) preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber).
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
• Professional communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
