Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee QA operations for a data center project in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. You will develop QA strategies, manage a QA team, and ensure deliverables meet high quality and compliance standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, establish testing protocols, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Strong leadership experience in QA teams and audits.
• Proven ability to plan and execute test strategies.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies and testing plans for the data center project.
• Lead and mentor QA team, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans to prevent issues.
• Design test cases, scenarios, and automated tests for all systems.
• Analyze results, coordinate with Dev and Ops to resolve defects.
• Track KPIs and quality metrics across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare quality reports and presentations for stakeholders.
