DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support our Fintech line of business in Mexico. The role focuses on localized insights and operational support, partnering with regional Engagement teams to drive key initiatives for customers in Mexico.

You'll analyze credit card product metrics, translate market dynamics into actionable insights, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies, product improvements, and regulatory initiatives. Strong SQL, Python skills and English fluency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis or analytics, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Solid command of SQL and Python and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
• Experience in product performance tracking, financial modeling, and decision support is preferred.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in business analysis efforts for Mexico’s credit card product.
• Translate local market dynamics into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, product performance, and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the credit card Engagement Operation team to support go-to-market strategies, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key business metrics through dashboards and performance reviews tailored to the Mexican market.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by aligning with data engineering and governance teams.
