Nordic Global is seeking a Data Analyst in Querétaro to translate vast data into actionable insights and deliver robust reports. You will interface with Finance, HR, and other business units to promote data governance and ensure trusted information as the source of truth.

Responsibilities include acquiring and transforming data from a centralized warehouse, designing recurring extracts, and delivering BI reports while collaborating with agile teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Math, Business, or Information Systems with 5 years' experience as Business/Data Analyst in healthcare (or 8 years' related experience without degree).
• Strong data governance, documentation, and standards adherence.
• Experience translating business needs into data structures and reports.

The Data Analyst is responsible for translating and programming vast amounts of data into understandable, relevant, and actionable information. The Analyst interfaces with business units (Finance, HR, etc.) across the organization to provide business insights and design and deliver reports. They are engaged in developing and promoting effective data governance through documentation and adherence of standards to ensure that the information produced and provided by the Analytics team is accurate and trusted as the source of truth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and understands, as well as, acquires, merges, and transforms data from a centralized data warehouse.
• Translates data needs of the business to structure and provide recurring data extracts or develop custom solutions for a strategic problem.
• Develops and documents on‑going maintenance of a data governance operation.
• Develops effective auditing and validation processes between the source systems and the centralized data warehouse to ensure accurate and timely availability of data.
• Develops, tests, and delivers reports and extracts from the centralized data warehouse using appropriate BI tools.
• Integrates data from multiple sources (e.g., public datasets, Excel reports, data warehouse).
• Works with cross‑functional, agile teams to build and deliver solutions.
