Data AnalystAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Data Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights, reporting solutions, and analytical tools that support decision-making across multiple areas of the organization, including Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Maintenance, and other corporate and operational functions.This role will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytical solutions using information from multiple business systems and data sources. The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators, identify trends, and deliver reliable and scalable reporting solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical capabilities with business understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.EducationBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Requirements1–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Engineering, Operations Analytics, Financial Analytics, or a similar role.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, Snowflake, or similar platforms.Experience developing dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or comparable BI and visualization tools.Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting (pandas, polars, numpy or similar data-processing libraries).Experience working with structured and semi-structured data formats such as Excel, CSV, JSON, XML, logs, and API responses is desirable.Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or AI-enabled business tools is desirable. The candidate is not expected to be an AI specialist but should be comfortable learning, testing, and working with these technologies.
