Job summary

HPO Outsourcing Professionals - Agency is seeking a highly organized D365 Project Manager to lead Managed Services for Microsoft solutions across North America. You will onboard clients, manage service plans, and oversee the full lifecycle of support with a distributed team.

The role emphasizes coordinating updates, user testing, and production releases while ensuring SLA adherence and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and updates (D365 CE, D365 F&O, Power Platform, M365).
• Proficiency with Jira and D365 Customer Service for managing ticket lifecycles and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource utilization, scope, time, budget, and quality across Managed Services support plans.
• Onboard new clients and familiarize them with support services and platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end ticket lifecycle and escalation processes; coordinate a distributed team.
• Lead status meetings, prepare periodic activity and progress reports for customers and management.
• Review AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy before sharing with customers.
