Job summary

EX Squared LATAM is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC Manager to lead IT risk, governance, and information security initiatives in a complex global environment. The role combines risk management, governance, data analytics, and executive stakeholder leadership across international teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in risk programs, governance, and data-driven insights, with English proficiency and a willingness to collaborate with teams in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management, or GRC leadership.
• Solid understanding of risk management and information security governance frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, CIS, COBIT).
• Experience defining and improving enterprise-level risk management processes.
• Data governance and data lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience with Big Data, analytics, and enterprise reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Information Security Risk Management programs, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and remediation.
• Drive structured risk assessments and define mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership with risk-based recommendations and executive insights.
• Develop and strengthen risk governance practices aligned with ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Define risk strategy, appetite, tolerance, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Support audit, compliance, and internal control activities.
• Oversee risk data management and data lifecycle governance.
• Lead development of enterprise risk reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Leverage Databricks and enterprise reporting platforms for data processing and risk reporting.
• Promote automated data pipelines, reporting and predictive analytics for proactive risk management.
• Lead cross-functional transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor team members across geographies.
