Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cyber Security or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a cyber security role, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Solid understanding of cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with SIEM systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, OS (Windows, Linux), and cloud security concepts (Azure, AWS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCNA Security, CISSP associate) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security systems and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls) for anomalies and threats.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of security incidents, determine root causes, and implement containment and remediation measures.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend mitigations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Participate in security awareness training initiatives for employees.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security controls for infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to enhance security posture.
• Assist in incident response planning and execution, including forensic analysis and recovery.
• Generate security reports and metrics for management.
• Evaluate and recommend new security solutions and technologies to improve defense capabilities.
