Deutsche Telekom AG in Mexico City is looking for an Intermediate Level SOC Analyst to enhance its cybersecurity operations. This role involves investigating alerts, performing event analysis, and mentoring Level 1 analysts.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in security operations, strong knowledge of networks and systems, and be proficient in multiple security tools. This position offers opportunities for development in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years in security operation or systems administration.
• Previous experience in SIEM/XDR monitoring and incident response.
• Desirable participation in threat hunting projects or malware analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Investigation and validation of alerts.
• Event correlation on SIEM platforms.
• Basic threat hunting and initial forensic analysis.

Conocimientos

Strong knowledge of networks, protocols, and operating systems

Security console management

Query scripting management for security tools

Critical analysis and contextualization of events

Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell)

Intermediate-advanced technical English

Herramientas

SIEM/XDR platforms (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender)
