The Talent Company is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end operations for international and domestic shipments in Puebla, Mexico. This part-time contractor role (30 hours/week) focuses on optimizing processes, controlling inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a related field, 3+ years of logistics experience, strong Excel skills, and full professional English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or business.
• 3+ years of proven experience in logistics or operational roles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and TMS.
• Full professional proficiency in English (required).

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Logistics Management: oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Process Optimization & Data Analysis: identify inefficiencies to reduce lead times and costs; monitor KPIs with BI tools.
• Vendor & Carrier Management: primary contact for 3PL providers and carriers; negotiate rates and monitor SLAs.
• Inventory Control & Procurement Coordination: maintain inventory accuracy and balance supply and demand.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure compliance for shipments, customs, HTS codes and incoterms.

Main Purpose:

An international leader committed to create and deploy robotics-based solutions for material movement operations in the industry focusing on autonomous mobile robotics technology that is practical, safe, scalable, resilient, and low maintenance.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Logistics Management: Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, ensuring seamless material movement.

Process Optimization & Data Analysis: Identify supply chain inefficiencies to reduce lead times and operational costs, while monitoring and reporting on KPIs—such as shipping costs, order accuracy, and transit times—using BI tools.

Vendor & Carrier Management: Serve as the primary contact for 3PL providers and carriers, negotiating competitive rates and monitoring performance against established SLAs.

Inventory Control & Procurement Coordination: Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular audits and close collaboration with the procurement team to effectively balance supply and demand.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure full compliance for international and domestic shipments regarding customs regulations, trade laws, and safety standards, including the management of Incoterms and HTS codes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in logistics or operational roles
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
