BRP in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a logistics support role focused on air shipments and V5 operations. You will manage follow-ups, prepare paperwork for brokers, generate invoices in Aranxel, and ensure regulatory documents are properly filed. You will also enter shipment details in Google Drive and assist with clearance processes.

The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and communication with internal areas and brokers to improve clearance times and service quality.

Formación

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience handling invoicing workflows.
• Familiarity with Aranxel or similar shipping/invoicing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on all air shipments, focusing on guarantee service parts for dealers.
• Prepare and send paperwork to brokers for arrival notifications.
• Generate invoices in Aranxel and forward to brokers; track clearance with brokers.
• Maintain regulatory documents and close pedimentos in Aranxel.
• Record shipment data in Google Drive for V5 Operations and related processes.
