Dauch Corporation en Celaya, Guanajuato, busca un Analista de Operaciones Aduaneras para coordinar importaciones y exportaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y tiempos de entrega. Gestionar pedimentos, coordinar brokers y mantener actualizado el archivo documental.

Se requieren 2–4 años en la industria automotriz, dominio de IMMEX/PROSEC/AEO y fluidez en inglés y español; se ofrece posición presencial con oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento profesional en un entorno

Formación

• 2–4 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
• Dominio de inglés y español (lectura y escritura).
• Conocimientos en operaciones aduaneras y comercio exterior.
• Manejo de programas IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT y AEO.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinación de pedimentos virtuales y administración.
• Coordinar envíos de importación y exportación para asegurar flujos eficientes.
• Presentación de documentos de importación/exportación para materiales.
• Revisión y aprobación de pagos de declaraciones aduanales y tiempos.
• Gestión de pedimentos, cambios de régimen y regularizaciones.
• Soporte con generación de informes y coordinación con agencias aduanales.

Job Description Summary

To coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure Mx brokers performance is accurate according to AAM objectives.
Leading the daily Mx operations for imports and exports activities, including direct reports daily
Customs Broker coordination for import and export operation for raw materials.

Job Description

• Virtual pedimentos coordination and administration
• To coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure flows are effective
• To file Electronic Value Declaration on time
• Operation management of controls required to have a correct administration of the status of maritime imports to ensure that operations are carried out in times below the limits established for payment of delay and or storage.

• Preparation of import and export documents for all types of materials including fixed assets.
• Review and authorization of payment of customs declarations in the required times depending on whether the import or export operation is (consolidated and/or per operation).
• Review of the application and use of identifiers at the starting level and cover level in the pedimentos it authorizes.
• Correct administration of the application of PROSEC, USMCA and or Eighth Rules in the review of pediment authorizations, as well as ensuring that they are correctly applied in pedimento.
• Management of pedimentos and virtual operations, regime changes and regularizations, pedimento payment in time
• Support in the generation of various information and periodic and special reports that are requested in foreign trade matters, certifications and other data of your department.
• Support with direct communication with Mexican and American Customs Agencies in Customs procedures, coordinates the operation of merchandise inspectors both in warehouses, ports and/or airports.
• Administration of compliance with security programs and/or C-TPAT /OAS certifications in Foreign Trade operations.
• Monitoring of import and export operations, as well as making sure to report any incidents and risk situations to your immediate boss.
• Support in verification of special requirements (hazardous materials, NOMs, SENER permits, ETC.)
• Keep the physical and electronic customs file updated and comprehensively and ensure the correct flow of documents by the parties involved.
• To follow up on aluminum and oils imports as they require special requirements
• Import export operation for ground and air execution to comply with proper times and customs requirements

Required Skills and Education

International Business Bachelor, business administration or similar

-Strong virtual operation knowledge

-2 to 4 years of experience in the automotive industry

-Problem Solving

-Customs and Foreign Trade Specialist

-Foreign Trade Programs (IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, AEO) with their applicable systems (Annex 24 and 30),

-Experience with Mexican Regulatory Trade Compliance (SAT, Customs and Ministry of Economy).

-Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
