Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintenance of its El Carmen manufacturing facility. You will supervise a team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure a safe, compliant environment for production activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance or management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of facilities technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and facility-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential problems or hazards.
• Manage facility budgets, procure supplies, equipment, and services, and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.
• Participate in facility improvement projects and initiatives.
• Provide emergency response support for facility-related incidents.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
