RADIALL S.A. in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, is seeking a Customs & Freight Assistant to ensure the timely importation and exportation of goods with accurate documentation and to coordinate customs movements.

You will follow up daily import/export activities, participate in RFQ processes, support users in freight and logistics workflows, review billing for on-time payments, and pursue continuous improvements in freight and customs operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, and border crossings.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of IMMEX processes.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up daily importations and exportations and assure correct documentation.
• Participate in RFQ processes when needed.
• Assist users on freight, customs and logistics operation flow.
• Ensure billing/reconciliation to validate payments on time.
• Manage and pursue improvements in freight and customs activities to achieve objectives.
• Evaluate and improve current flows and review supplier performance.
• Participate in daily meetings for operation performance indicators.

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The Customs & Freight Assistant position entails assuring the importation of goods, equipment and consumable as well as the exportation of finished product on time with the correct documentation. Duties include elaborating correct documentation and coordinating customs virtual movements, with the objective to fit in the cost and time goals.

• Follow up daily importations and exportations and assure correct documentation

• Participate in Request for Quote (RFQ) process when needed

• Assist users on the freight, custom and logistics operation flow

• Ensure billing/statement of account revision to validate payments on time

• Manage and follow all improvement on freight and customs activities to achieve objectives

• Evaluate and improve current flows, ensuring the reviewing of supplier performance

• Participate in daily meetings for operation performance indicators revision

Know the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Industrial engineering or business administration

• Confirmed level: 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics and import/export processes, border crossings

• English proficiency both written and spoken

• Experience with IMMEX company, shipping, Export & Import process knowledge
