Expeditors in Mexico City is seeking a motivated logistics professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on ensuring accurate data entry, timely billing, and smooth processing of import/export shipments in line with company procedures.

You will work within our global network, collaborate with customers and service providers, and contribute to 52 hours of training per year while upholding Expeditors’ culture and compliance standards.

Formación

• Knowledge of customs brokerage process and system essential.
• Skills: interpersonal communication, proactive organization.
• Training: 52 hours per year minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Understand and apply import/export procedures and documentation.
• Data entry into operating systems with accuracy.
• Liaise with customs authorities and customers to meet expectations.
• Maintain compliance with OPS and regulations.
