Gordian Staffing Careers is seeking a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for our US and Canada client base, delivering professional support. You will document interactions, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with the team. This remote role requires visiting CDMX or GDL on first day.

Their goal is to provide property owners a stress-free experience through superb communication and excellent management and leasing services. We manage traditional long-term rental properties, commercial buildings (office, retail, industrial, medical), and homeowner's associations.

Key Responsibilities as a REMOTE Customer Service Representative:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests promptly
• Provide effective solutions and follow-up as needed
• Accurately document all interactions and decisions in our systems
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary representative for client interactions

This is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
