Xylem is seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to help ensure timely order processing and issue resolution across Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations. Based in Chihuahua, you will monitor order pipelines, analyze data and drive continuous improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will build reports and dashboards with Power BI, maintain data quality, and partner with multiple teams to support strategic initiatives and sales growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
