General Fasteners de Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Material Planner for our Querétaro office. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, forecasting requirements, and coordinating daily material shipments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree, 3+ years of related experience, fluent English, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. The position emphasizes communication, accuracy, and proactive cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or materials planning.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Fastener product knowledge desired.
• Knowledge of Epicor P21 ERP system desired.

Responsabilidades

• Handle account relationships and field customer inquiries.
• Forecast customer requirements and coordinate material shipments.
• Provide customers with order status, documentation, and tracking.
• Coordinate with Expediting to ensure on-time delivery and manage costs.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory and track related data.
• Communicate inventory needs with suppliers and internal teams.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure material scheduling.
