Intugo Mexico is hiring for Healthcare Customer Service to support English-speaking customers in an international healthcare contact center in Mexico, Jalisco.

The role requires a completed Bachelor's degree, a professional license, English level B2+, and at least 1 year of healthcare contact center experience, handling health insurance, collections, appointment scheduling and general customer service tasks.
