Empresa Confidencial in Chihuahua, MX is seeking a seasoned Customer Service and Demand Planning Leader to drive excellence in service delivery and cross-functional alignment. You will coach and develop a high-performing team, coordinate demand requirements across functions, and optimize inventory while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in related fields and at least 2 years in leadership, with advanced English

Formación

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in customer service, demand planning, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience within the wire harness manufacturing industry is required.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a customer service team to ensure outstanding support and responsiveness.
Coordinate customer demand requirements and align with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor service performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer escalations and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
Support inventory optimization and demand fluctuations through effective planning and communication.
Partner with operations, production, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
