IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, offers a hybrid role in Polanco, Mexico City. You will join a customer-focused team delivering exceptional service and solutions.

As a Customer Service/Order Management specialist, you will process orders, answer inquiries, coordinate with Supply Chain, and maintain accurate records. Requires 2+ years of experience and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
• +2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related function.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests and order-related questions .
• Support the resolution of customer complaints and service issues by partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and commercial teams.
• Communicate product availability, order status and delivery updates proactively.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and transactional information within company systems.
• Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
