encora10 in Mexico City is seeking a Call Center Agent - Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative. The role combines customer service with retention-focused sales to protect and grow customer relationships.

The position is on-site at Av. Reforma #342, with a Monday–Saturday schedule starting at 6:00am. Advanced English is mandatory and experience is 4+ years. Provides opportunities to upsell and promote savings offers.

• Demonstrated sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Basic math skills and solid data entry accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend solutions.
• Comfortable working toward retention, service and sales goals.
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer service via phone in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Retain customers by identifying needs, resolving concerns, and presenting relevant products and save offers.
• Leverage consultative selling techniques to upsell and strengthen long-term loyalty.
• Process save transactions, service requests, and account updates accurately and promptly.
• Explain products, pricing, fees, promotions, and service details clearly to build confidence.
