Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on customer complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead quality investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate warranty processes and communicate results to customers.
• Serve as quality focal point for customers and provide technical responses.
• Supervise Quality Technicians and Inspectors to ensure standards.
• Support APQP, PPAP, Safe Launch, and VPI during new product introductions.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and prioritize improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, Controls, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
