Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Customer Services Representative at our Santiago de Querétaro office. You will handle inquiries and provide information on transactions, resolving general questions for senders and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities include phone and email support, data correction, coordinating with the paying agent, and assisting accounting with refunds. The role requires a high school diploma, MS Office skills, and at least one year in customer service, plus an extra language.

Formación

• Minimum education of completed high school or college.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer.
• At least one year of work experience in customer service or a call center position.
• An additional language.
• Strong customer orientation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Attention to detail and good teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting agents or final customers via telephone and email to resolve questions and complaints.
• Reviewing and correcting data of incorrectly processed transactions.
• Maintaining communication with the paying agent to resolve customer complaints.
• Collaborating with accounting to reconcile refunds of cancelled transactions.
