Job summary

dLocal is seeking a hands-on Crypto Operations Specialist to help deliver crypto and stablecoin payment flows across LATAM, Africa, and EMEA. This mid-level role focuses on owning operational workstreams, coordinating across teams, and driving partner launches through to readiness.

You will turn opportunities and product/compliance requirements into clear operation plans, coordinate onboarding, settlement readiness, monitor performance, and maintain visibility of progress, risks, and blockers.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, partner delivery, payments, fintech, banking, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or external-provider implementations, from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing operations.
• Strong organization and follow-through: you can keep multiple workstreams, actions, owners, and deadlines clear.
• Clear written and verbal communication, surface risks early and elevate constructively.
• Collaborative, pragmatic approach to working with teams across functions, markets, and time zones.
• Interest in crypto, stablecoins, or digital-asset payments; direct experience in the sector is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational delivery for global provider relationships and track inputs for launches.
• Manage partner onboarding and launch readiness for stablecoin and fiat flows.
• Work with Product, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Delivery, and Local Ops to keep launches on track.
• Translate regulatory requirements into delivery tasks, docs, evidence, and launch controls; escalate blockers.
• Monitor provider performance, including SLAs, settlement timeliness, and incidents.
• Support pricing and revenue-share inputs and document terms.
• Maintain an operating tracker/dashboard covering coverage, status, risks and metrics.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and decisions through operating reviews.
• Contribute to defining crypto strategy and translate goals into the team's operational agenda.
