Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in customer service or business support delivering a 5-star experience.
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail with strong workflow accuracy.
• Highly organized with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Foundational understanding of crypto trading; eager to deepen knowledge.
• Comfortable with Zendesk and knowledge bases; able to multitask.

• Answer inbound Voice calls with friendly, professional service and resolve inquiries quickly.
• Clarify client goals, educate on Kraken products, and guide funding, trading, and account activity.
• Test new products/features to develop expertise and position products appropriately.
• Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities; connect clients with Kraken products.
• Meet goals with your manager and contribute to team discussions and feedback initiatives.
