Kraken is seeking a Voice Team specialist to provide premium client engagement for high-value customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, educate clients on Kraken’s product suite, and guide actions like funding and trading while driving a 6-Star client journey.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and a willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule. A foundational understanding of crypto is ideal; Zendesk experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in customer service or business support with 5-star experience
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
• High attention to detail and strong workflow accuracy
• Highly organized with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
• Able to grasp new concepts quickly and explain complex procedures clearly
• Foundational understanding of crypto trading; eager to deepen knowledge
• Comfortable with Zendesk and knowledge bases; multitasking with poise

• Answer inbound voice calls with friendly, professional service and resolve issues quickly and accurately
• Clarify client goals, educate on Kraken products and services, and guide funding, trading, and account activities
• Test new products and features to build expertise and position products appropriately
• Build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and connect clients with Kraken products
• Meet goals with manager, contribute to team discussions and growth projects to improve client experience
