Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned project manager in Mexico to oversee multiple complex initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will coordinate planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and the ability to lead change initiatives while managing client and internal relationships in a bilingual (Spanish/English) environment. Based in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico.

Formación

• Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing complex business projects.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and motivate team members.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and basic formulas for data analysis.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure effective execution.
• Experience in planning, implementing, and managing change initiatives.
• Fully bilingual: must speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple complex, large-scale projects simultaneously across company-wide, cross-functional, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee one or more project portfolios by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and driving work to support business objectives and improve efficiency.
• Lead project teams through effective planning, coordination, and execution to deliver quality results within established timelines.
• Define project tasks, document requirements and status updates, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sellers, and internal teams to support successful project delivery and a positive customer experience.
• Identify resources and priorities for strategic accounts, engage directly with customers, and coordinate with multiple departments during implementation.
• Resolve issues proactively, manage escalations independently, and maintain detailed documentation to prevent risks and ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze account and project data, and prepare reports and dashboards to track performance, ensure data quality, and support management review.
