Jobtailor in Mexicali is seeking a Senior Project Manager for supplier onboarding and transition to production. You will lead Work Transfer plans, manage schedules, and coordinate with product stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely milestones.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and collaboration to drive cross-functional execution and regulatory compliance throughout the transfer process.

Formación

• University degree (or advanced degree) with relevant project management and supplier onboarding experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for fluent communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard supplier and ensure qualification of parts during transition to production.
• Develop Work Transfer project plans, schedules, and lead cadence meetings with stakeholders.
• Adjust plans to adhere to established project timelines.
• Prepare and present progress reports to leadership across levels.
• Coordinate with internal customers to align demand schedules and requirements.
• Ensure completion of milestones in the gated transfer process (FAI, testing, reviews, risk assessments).
• Develop and manage inventory transition plans to maintain supply during the handover.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements and approvals.
